Our annual fundraising gala promises to be a memorable night as we gather with friends and supporters to celebrate the mission of Catholic Charities and raise vital funds for the ministries that assist our neighbors in need.

This year’s event will feature American film producer and screenwriter Jim Wahlberg as our keynote speaker. Jim is the CEO and Founder of Wahl St. Marketing & Consulting and has spent more than 25 years working in and around addiction recovery.

His powerful personal journey from addiction and incarceration to recovery, faith, and philanthropy has inspired many seeking hope and healing. Through his films, including Mother Teresa: No Greater Love, Jesus Thirsts: The Miracle of the Eucharist, and his latest project on Saint Carlo Acutis, Jim shares stories of redemption and the transformative power of God’s grace.

We will also hear remarks from Bishop Daniel E. Thomas and present the 2026 Hands of Christ Awards, recognizing the dedication and invaluable contributions of Rich and Connie Cronin of Maumee and Dennis and Christine Campbell of Shiloh in reflecting the love of Jesus Christ in our ministries.
