Pints for Pets Beer Release Pawty - October 17th, 6-9pm at Maumee Bay Brewing Company
If you like good beer and love pets, Humane Ohio has the perfect reason to raise a glass. Humane Ohio’s Pints for Pets Beer Release Pawty returns to Maumee Bay Brewing Company’s Warehouse on Saturday, October 17th from 6 to 9 p.m. for an evening of live music, food, drinks, games, prizes and fun, all while supporting affordable spay/neuter services for pets in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan.
Entry is by either a suggested $5 monetary donation or a physical donation of pet food, litter, toys or other needed pet supplies at the door. No advance tickets or reservations are required.
The event will take place at the Maumee Bay Brewing Company Warehouse, 201 Morris St. in downtown Toledo, and will celebrate Barley, the winner of Humane Ohio’s 2026 Pints for Pets Beer Label & Photo Contest. Barley’s winning photo will be featured on this year’s limited-edition Pints for Pets beer can.
Guests can enjoy live music throughout the evening from SheRat and Cliff Milliman, food from the Maumee Bay Brewing Company food truck, drinks from Maumee Bay Brewing Company, Humane Ohio merchandise, a silent auction, 50/50 raffle, games including Plinko, Pick a Pup and Take a Tabby, and door prizes.
New this year, local artist Don Lee will join the Pawty to create live black-and-white caricatures of both people and pets. Guests can even bring a favorite pet photo on their phone and have it transformed into a one-of-a-kind drawing. A suggested donation of $10 includes one face, with each additional face available for $10, and all donations will benefit Humane Ohio.
Funds raised through Pints for Pets helps Humane Ohio continue to offer high-quality, affordable spay/neuter services. In 2025, Humane Ohio spayed or neutered 17,307 dogs and cats, including more than 6,700 community cats.
