MAXX 365 Fitness & Recovery Hiring for New Maumee Location Ahead of January Opening
MAUMEE, Ohio – MAXX 365 Fitness & Recovery is beginning to build its local team ahead of its return to Maumee, with three days of open interviews Oct. 20–22 at its location at Timbers Town Center.
MAXX 365 is hiring for a variety of full- and part-time positions, including general managers, assistant managers, personal training directors, group exercise instructors and general staff.
Fitness industry experience is preferred but not required for applicable positions. MAXX 365 is looking for energetic, people-focused candidates with an interest in fitness and helping others reach their goals.
“Opening MAXX 365 in Maumee is about more than bringing back a gym. We’re building a team that will create the experience our members have every time they walk through the doors,” said Matthew D’Amico, chief executive officer and owner of The MAXX Fitness Clubzz. “We’re looking for people who bring energy, enjoy working with others and want to be part of what we’re building here. You don’t necessarily need a background in the fitness industry to be a great fit for our team.”
Open interviews will be held at the future MAXX 365 location, 3100 Main St. #735 in Maumee, on:
- Tuesday, Oct. 20: 2–7 p.m.
- Wednesday, Oct. 21: 9 a.m.–7 p.m.
- Thursday, Oct. 22: 9 a.m.–7 p.m.
No appointment is necessary. Interested candidates should come to the location in person and bring a resume. Interviews will be conducted on-site.
The hiring push marks another step toward MAXX 365's anticipated January 2027 opening at Timbers Town Center. The new club will bring MAXX back to a familiar Maumee location with an expanded fitness and recovery concept.
The facility will operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week and include traditional fitness offerings alongside recovery amenities such as cold plunge, infrared salt sauna, red light therapy, HydroMassage and CryoLounge.
The Maumee club is part of a new chapter for the former Shops at Fallen Timbers property, now Timbers Town Center, which is undergoing a major redevelopment under new ownership.
